If you're always in the next moment, you're missing the one that's real. Good morning. Let's begin with what's true. This moment. The one you're in right now. It's the only one that's real. Not the to-do list, not the inbox, not the pressure of what's next. Grab your coffee and welcome to EMBR Mornings, your daily reminder to return to breath, to begin again from here. This week we begin a new rhythm. Be here now. There's nowhere else to be. Nothing to chase. No future to perform for and no past to explain. Just this moment. This breath, this one sacred now. Okay, today's mantra, this moment is the only one that's real. Have you ever driven home and couldn't remember how you got there? You went through the motions, but your mind was miles ahead. We do this in life too. We miss the now because we're already in the next. Or even in the past. But the now is where peace lives. You can only feel joy, connection, clarity, and God right here. Not in the memory, not in the worry, but in this breath. This is the only moment that's real and the only one you actually have. Where does your mind go when you leave the present? What stories pull you forward into anxiety or backward into regret? And what would it feel like to simply be here? Not to fix, not to perform, just to be. You don't have to do more to be worthy of this moment. You are already in it. You are already enough. All right, until tomorrow. EMBR the, now EMBR the breath, and EMBR the gift of being right here.
